CANCELLATIONS

It’s important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving proper notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of both client and stylist all bookings at Moth & Flame Beauty Co. are subject to the following policies:

 

We understand that sometimes things happen, and you are welcome to cancel or modify your appointment as long as it is 48 hours prior. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the missed service.

If you do not cancel or show up for your appointment, this is considered a no show. No shows will be charged 100% of missed service. If you no show for a consultation this will result in a $25 charge.


If you need to reschedule at the last minute due to illness, the cancellation policies will still apply, and the cancellation fee taken can be used as a credit toward your next service.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be unable to receive your service, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.

Moth & Flame Beauty Co. provides all clients with the courtesy of appointment confirmation messages which are sent at the time of booking, and 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to respond to confirmation messages, or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment.
