COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The health and safety of guests and our loved ones are of highest priority to Moth & Flame Beauty Co.
For this reason, the policies below have been implemented for the duration of the pandemic, in order to make your appointment as Covid-safe as possible.

  • Your stylist has received three doses of Covid-19 vaccination.

  • Masks are optional, as per current health orders. If you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do so, and your stylist can wear a mask as well.

  • If you are experiencing any covid-like symptoms (sore throat, cough, fever) please call to reschedule.

  • If you are required to quarantine you must reschedule your appointment.

  • Thorough sanitization will take place throughout service.

  • For sanitary purposes, we use compostable towels.

  • A clean cape will be used on every client.

  • Between each service there will be thorough sanitization, following WorkSafeBC and BeautyCouncil regulated guidelines.

  • Please be on time for your appointment.
